Delivery and returns policy

Delivery of Goods
Wine shipments are freighted via Fastway Couriers and Australia Post Wine eParcel. Anyone at the specified delivery address who receives the goods shall be presumed by Paramoor Winery to be authorised to receive the goods on your behalf. Paramoor Winery may request that the person who receives the goods at the delivery address provide satisfactory evidence of proof of age. Paramoor Winery will refuse to deliver the goods if the person receiving the goods is unable or unwilling to provide evidence of proof of age.

International Shipping
Unfortunately at present we are unable to ship outside of Australia.

Breakages
If you receive your order and it is damaged please contact us immediately so that we can organise a replacement or refund. Replacements and refunds will only be given once the damaged goods are returned to us.

Returns
We will be happy to replace any wine bottles that are broken with proof of breakage, however we cannot accept returns due to a change of mind.
