Paramoor is discreetly located amongst native bushland high in the Macedon Ranges. It’s owners Will and Kath Fraser have paid personal attention to every detail.

 

Once a working Clydesdale horse farm, the original heritage barn accommodates the cellar door and it’s in this rustic environment that the Paramoor wines are showcased.

Will Fraser believes the region’s cool climate is ideal for the pinot noir and pinot gris grapes he has planted. The range of wines include chardonnay, pinot gris/pinot noir, pinot noir, shiraz, merlot, cabernet sauvignon/merlot, shiraz/cabernet sauvignon.

Pizzas
Available on the first two Saturdays and Sundays of each month plus public Holiday weekends when these do not occur in the first two weeks of the month.
