These are the reasons why our delicious pizzas are worthy of the name Paramoor:

  • Paramoor pizza dough is prepared fresh for us (to our recipe) by Brendan Page the highly awarded artisan baker of Kyneton Bakehouse in Piper Street, Kyneton.
  • Dough ingredients: The finest Laucke pizza flour, semolina, olive oil, salt and yeast.
  • Our wood fired oven was supplied by Politos Pty Ltd of Thomastown, an Italian family company with 20 years of experience in the manufacture of great ovens.
  • We cook our pizzas at about 400 degrees Celsius in just a few minutes, and for at least half that time the pizzas are resting on the hot oven floor.
  • Our topping ingredients are the best we can find and local whenever possible.

Available from 12 noon to 4 pm on the first two weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) of each month, plus public holiday weekends when these occur in the second half of a month.

Spring Hill
Tomato sugo, mozzarella, olives, mild salami and basil or oregano.

Hot Springs
Tomato sugo, mozzarella, olives, hot salami, chili and basil or oregano.

 

Dessert — $9

Home made lemon cheesecake slice served with cream and blueberries
