The 2020 ‘Doreen’ Riesling is a very pale green colour with fresh, intense fruit flavours of lemon and Granny Smith apple.  There are early hints of honey or marmalade which may pervade the palate in years to come. The driving acidity that characterises all of Paramoor’s Rieslings should ensure a long life, possibly up to 20 years.
